To make filling out and sending in the application simple as possible, we have created several options to help make the process easier for you.   The three types of membership and their respective applications are listed below along with easy to follow instructions.

 

You must have Adobe Reader 8.0 or better installed on your computer to view the application.

If not, you will get a message saying that the file is corrupt.  If this happens, the latest available Adobe Reader version can be downloaded for free at http://www.adobe.com/

1.)       Click the membership application above that most describes the membership that fits your needs.

2.)       After clicking the appropriate membership application, an application will be downloaded to your computer and should appear quickly on your computer screen.

)       Once you have the application on your computer, you may choose how you would like to sent the application, requested paperwork, and payment to IACT.

 

Option 1 – (best choice, fastest, most convenient option)
If you feel uncomfortable emailing or faxing your credit card information, you may fill the application then email or fax it to as mentioned above, but instead of writing your credit card information on the application, click PAY ONLINE , then follow the easy steps. 

 Option 2 – (most simple and direct)    
You may fill out the application online along with your credit card number, then email the application to us.   You may also email any documentation to us via our website (proof of certification etc.)

Option 3 – (for those of us who can’t write clearly)  
You may fill out the application directly on your computer then print it out and fax the application to us and mail the remaining paperwork and payment.

Option 4 – (the old fashion way)
You can choose to print out the application, fill it out by hand (please print clearly), and mail the application, a check, and required paperwork.

Once I fill the application out how do I email it back to you?

            At the top of the first page of the application, there are two buttons – Print Form and Submit by Email. Once you fill out the application, and you want to email it to us, please click on the Submit by Email button.
 

Why can’t I download the application?

            This application requires the latest Adobe Reader.   You can download this program FREE at www. Adobe.com . If upgrading your Reader does not solve this issue, please email us at info@iact-thermography.org call us at 866-417-3949.


Where do I go to pay online?

What does the shopping cart mean? Do you also sell merchandise?

            The shopping cart is the secure portion of our website where you can pay your annual dues.   We are “selling” memberships – IACT does offer physical merchandise.

 

How do I upgrade Adobe? What does it cost?

            This application requires the latest Adobe Reader.   You can download this program FREE at www. Adobe.com .

 

Will other people be able to see my information on-line?

            The only information that people will be able to see is the contact information that you provide on your membership application.

 

How soon will I receive confirmation that I have been accepted?

            You will receive an email confirmation once we have received your application.   As soon as your payment has been processed, you will receive your membership number and login information within 24 business hours.

 

Will I be able to sign up on line using an Apple computer and Mac operating system?

            You should have no problems using the MAC OS – as long as you have the latest Adobe Reader available.

 

How soon will I be able to use the logo?

            As soon as you have your login information, you will have access to download the appropriate logo for your membership.
